Policy Details – Acknowledgements Tab

Overview 

The Acknowledgements tab displays the list of users assigned to acknowledge the policy. 

It shows acknowledgement status for each user and provides visibility into acknowledgement progress. 

Purpose 

The Acknowledgements tab allows administrators to track which users have acknowledged the policy and which acknowledgements are still pending. 

It provides a record of acknowledgement activity linked to the policy. 

Key Elements 

Acknowledgement Table 

Displays users assigned to acknowledge the policy. 

The table provides acknowledgement information for each user. 

User Information 

Shows the user assigned to acknowledge the policy. 

This helps identify who is required to review the policy. 

Acknowledgement Status 

Displays the acknowledgement status for each user. 

Status indicates whether acknowledgement has been completed or is still pending. 

Acknowledgement Date 

Shows the date when the policy was acknowledged. 

This provides a record of acknowledgement activity. 

Policy Version 

Displays the version of the policy acknowledged by the user. 

This ensures acknowledgement records are linked to the correct policy version.
