Overview 

The Approvals tab displays the list of approvers assigned to the policy and tracks the approval status for the current version. 

This tab supports governance workflows by ensuring policies are reviewed and approved before being finalised or published. 

Purpose 

The Approvals tab enables organisations to: 

  • assign reviewers responsible for approving the policy 
  • track approval progress for the current policy version 
  • maintain oversight of governance review requirements 
  • ensure policies are validated prior to publication 

Approval tracking supports structured policy governance processes. 

Key Elements 

Approver List 

Displays the individuals assigned as approvers for the policy. 

The list provides visibility into who is responsible for reviewing and approving the policy. 

Approval Status 

Shows the approval state for each assigned approver. 

Status indicators provide visibility into whether approval actions are pending or completed. 

Governance Review Tracking 

Approval records demonstrate that the policy has undergone the required governance review process. 

Tracking approvals supports organisational accountability and policy oversight.
