Overview
The AI Systems Dashboard provides a centralized view of all AI systems registered in Clarity AI.
It enables users to monitor, search, and manage AI systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that each system is properly documented, assessed, and governed according to organizational requirements. The dashboard acts as the primary workspace for accessing AI system records and initiating governance activities.
Purpose
The AI Systems Dashboard helps organizations maintain visibility and control over AI systems used across the business.
By providing a structured list of registered AI systems, the dashboard supports consistent tracking of governance activities such as risk assessments, dataset linkage, approvals, and documentation updates.
It allows governance teams to easily identify systems that require review, updates, or further action.
Key features
centralized system inventory
Displays all registered AI systems in a structured list, allowing users to maintain an overview of AI usage across the organization.
Each record represents an individual AI system and provides access to detailed governance information.
search and filtering
Users can search for AI systems using keywords or apply filters to quickly locate specific records.
Filtering helps users identify systems based on governance status or other relevant attributes.
visibility of system information
Each AI system entry provides summary information that helps users understand the context and status of the system.

ownership or responsible team
system status
related governance activity indicators
navigation to system details
Selecting an AI system opens the detailed system view where additional governance components can be accessed.
From the details view, users can access:

AI System – SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) Tab
AI System – TEVV (Test, Evaluation, Verification & Validation) Tab
AI System – System Failure Tab

How to use
access the dashboard
Navigate to AI Inventory and select AI Systems Dashboard.
review AI system records
Browse the list of registered AI systems to understand which systems are currently tracked in Clarity AI.
Use the available information to identify systems that may require governance actions.
search or filter systems
Use search functionality or available filters to locate specific AI systems.
Filtering can assist in identifying systems that are in progress, under review, or completed.
open system details
Select an AI system to view detailed governance information and complete related tasks.
