The details dashboard enables users to maintain a structured and traceable governance record across the AI system lifecycle.

The AI System – Details Dashboard supports centralized management of governance activities associated with a specific AI system.
It enables users to view system information, access related governance components, and maintain documentation required for oversight and compliance.
The dashboard helps ensure that relevant governance activities are completed before the AI system progresses through approval or operational stages.

How to use
open the AI system record
Navigate to AI Systems Dashboard and select the AI system you want to review.
This opens the AI System – Details Dashboard.
review system information
Review the information describing the AI system to confirm details are accurate and complete.
Ensure relevant governance information has been recorded.
access governance components
Navigate to the relevant tabs to manage linked governance records such as datasets, risk assessments, and documentation.
Each tab provides functionality specific to that governance component.
update system information
Update system information where required to ensure records remain accurate and current.
