The AI System – Risk Assessment Tab displays risk assessments associated with a specific AI system. 

It allows users to view, run, and manage assessments that evaluate potential risks related to the AI system. 

Risk assessments help organizations identify, measure, and document risks linked to AI usage. 

Purpose 

The Risk Assessment Tab supports structured evaluation of risks associated with an AI system. 

It provides visibility into assessments that have been completed or are in progress, helping organizations understand risk exposure and determine whether mitigation actions may be required. 

Maintaining risk assessment records supports governance oversight and accountability.

How to use 

access the risk assessment tab 

Navigate to AI Systems Dashboard and open the AI System – Details Dashboard. 

Select the AI System – Risk Assessment Tab. 

review existing assessments 

Review listed assessments to understand the current evaluation status of the AI system. 

Open an assessment to view details or continue completion if required. 

run a new assessment 

Select the option to run a new risk assessment. 

Choose the appropriate template and follow the assessment process. 

monitor assessment completion 

Track progress to ensure required assessments are completed. 

Update assessment records as required.
