Overview
The Risk Assessments Dashboard provides a centralized view of all risk assessments conducted across AI systems and datasets.
It enables users to monitor assessment progress, review submissions, and access assessment activity in one place.
Purpose
This dashboard supports management of AI risk evaluations by displaying assessments that are in progress and completed.
It provides visibility into assessment activity and helps ensure required governance actions are completed.
Key Metrics
Summary cards at the top of the page display:
- Total Assessments – total number of assessments across the environment
- Completed – number of assessments that have been submitted and completed
- In Progress – assessments currently being worked on
- AI Systems – number of unique systems linked to assessments
Filters
Filters allow users to refine the list of assessments based on selected criteria:
- Status – filter by assessment progress (for example Completed or In Progress)
- Type – filter by AI systems or datasets
- Template – view assessments using a specific template
- Search – search assessments by keyword or entity name
Select Clear Filters to reset all filter selections.
Risk Assessments Table
The table displays each assessment and includes:
- Entity – the AI system or dataset being assessed. Selecting the entity name opens its details page
- Type – identifies whether the entity is an AI system or dataset
- Template – the template used for the assessment (for example Privacy Impact Assessment)
- Assessor – the assigned user completing the assessment
- Status – indicates whether the assessment is in progress or completed
- Assessment Date – date the assessment was started
- Completion Date – date the assessment was submitted, if completed
Actions available:
- View – view assessment details including assessor, dates, and status
- Continue – resume an assessment that is still in progress
Running a New Assessment
To start a new assessment, select Run New Assessment in the top-right corner.
