Overview

Compliance Management provides a centralised view of organisational alignment with selected AI governance frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.

The module enables tracking of compliance status across AI systems, policies, risk controls, and supporting governance artefacts.

Compliance records help organisations understand current alignment posture and identify areas requiring attention.

Purpose

The Compliance Management module supports organisations in:

  • monitoring adherence to governance frameworks
  • tracking implementation of required controls
  • identifying compliance gaps
  • supporting audit and assurance activities

This ensures governance practices remain aligned with defined standards and regulatory expectations.

Key Features

Compliance Overview Dashboard

The Compliance dashboard provides a structured summary of compliance status across selected frameworks.

It presents a consolidated view of governance alignment across organisational AI activities.

The dashboard enables quick identification of areas requiring review or improvement.

Framework Mapping

Compliance records are mapped to applicable frameworks or standards.

Framework mapping allows organisations to evaluate how governance controls align with defined requirements.

Mappings support structured interpretation of compliance posture.

Compliance Status Indicators

Compliance status indicators provide visibility into implementation progress.

Status values may include:

  • compliant
  • partially compliant
  • not compliant
  • not assessed

Status indicators help prioritise remediation actions where gaps exist.

Linked Evidence

Compliance assessments are supported by linked governance artefacts, including:

  • policies
  • risk assessments
  • training records
  • AI system documentation
  • incidents and vulnerabilities

Linked evidence supports traceability between governance controls and compliance outcomes.

Notes

  • compliance status reflects current governance records available within the platform
  • framework mappings support structured evaluation of organisational alignment
  • linked artefacts provide supporting evidence for compliance review
  • compliance visibility supports audit preparation and continuous improvement
