Overview
The Public AI Submissions Form allows individuals across the organization to submit AI systems or provide feedback on existing AI tools, even if they do not have direct access to Clarity AI.
This capability supports broader participation in AI governance by enabling contributions from employees who may not be regular platform users.
Purpose
The public submission process enables employees, stakeholders, or teams to propose AI systems for inclusion in the AI Inventory or to share observations related to AI tools currently in use.
This supports visibility into AI usage across the organization and helps governance teams identify AI systems that may require review or registration.
Public submissions are commonly used as an initial intake channel for AI systems being evaluated or adopted within different business functions.
