AI System – Datasets Tab

Overview 

The AI System – Datasets Tab displays datasets associated with a specific AI system. 

It enables users to link datasets to an AI system and view dataset records that support training, testing, validation, or operational use. 

This tab helps maintain visibility of data sources connected to the AI system. 

Purpose 

The Datasets Tab helps organizations maintain traceability between AI systems and the datasets used throughout the AI lifecycle. 

Linking datasets provides context for how data supports system functionality and enables governance activities such as risk assessments and compliance review. 

Maintaining dataset relationships supports transparency and accountability in AI system development and operation.

How to use 

open the datasets tab 

Navigate to AI Systems Dashboard and select an AI system. 

Open the AI System – Datasets Tab within the system details page.

Select a dataset to review detailed governance information.
