Create Template

Step 1: Template Details

Provide basic information for the template:

Template Name – identify the purpose of the assessment template

Description – describe the scope or intended use

Applicable Entity Type – select whether the template applies to:
- AI systems
- datasets
- both

These settings determine where the template can be used.

Step 2: Add Sections

Create sections to organize assessment content.

Sections group related questions together and define the structure of the assessment.

Each section represents a topic area relevant to the risk evaluation.

Step 3: Add Questions

Add questions within each section to capture assessment responses.

Questions define how risks will be evaluated.

Users can configure question content based on governance requirements or internal frameworks.
