Overview

The Risk Assessment Templates page provides an overview of all available risk assessment templates.

Templates define the structure, content, and applicable entity type (AI system or dataset) for assessments run within Clarity AI.

Purpose

This page allows users to view existing templates, identify which are applicable to specific entity types, and manage custom templates for organizational use.

Templates ensure that assessments are standardized, repeatable, and aligned with internal or external governance frameworks.

Key Features

Template List

View all available templates, including:

title and version

description and framework alignment

applicable entity type (AI system, dataset, or both)

whether the template is editable

Global Templates

Templates marked as Global are system-provided, standardized, and cannot be edited.

Create New Template

Click Create New Template to build a custom template aligned to organizational requirements.

Custom templates created here can later be used when running assessments.

Edit Templates

For custom (non-global) templates, users can select and modify template content, questions, or settings.
