Training Module – Create Training Program

Overview 

Create Training Program allows organizations to design and manage training initiatives related to AI governance, responsible AI use, and organizational policies. 

Training programs help ensure employees understand how AI systems should be used, governed, and monitored in alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements. 

Training supports awareness and accountability across teams interacting with AI systems and datasets.

This feature enables organizations to create structured training programs that support governance adoption and responsible AI practices. 

Training programs help communicate expectations, policies, and procedures relevant to AI usage across the organization. 

Programs may be used to educate stakeholders on governance frameworks, compliance obligations, or internal standards related to AI. 

Create Training Program 

Step 1: Program Details 

Provide key information about the training program: 

These details help users understand the objective and responsibility associated with the training. 

Step 2: Assign Training Content 

Define the learning materials included in the program. 

Training content may include internal guidance, policies, or learning resources relevant to AI governance and responsible use. 

Content ensures participants receive consistent information aligned with organizational standards. 

Step 3: Assign Users 

Select users or groups who are required to complete the training program. 

Assigning users ensures training obligations are communicated and tracked appropriately. 

Training assignments help organizations maintain oversight of governance adoption. 

Step 4: Save Program 

After defining program details, content, and participants, save the training program. 

The program becomes available in the Training Management Dashboard, where progress and completion status can be monitored.
