Overview 

Training Program – Details provides a complete view of an individual training program, including configuration, learning content, participant assignments, and associated AI systems. 

This page enables administrators to review how the training program supports organisational AI governance requirements and workforce capability development. 

It centralises all program components in one location to support efficient oversight and updates. 

Purpose 

The Training Program Details page allows administrators to: 

  • review the structure and configuration of the training program 
  • monitor participation and completion progress 
  • manage assignments and linked AI systems 
  • ensure alignment with responsible AI governance frameworks 

This supports consistent delivery of training aligned with organisational AI policies and regulatory expectations. 

Key Features 

Top Bar Actions 

The top bar provides administrative controls for managing the training program: 

  • Edit Program – modify program configuration, learning objectives, or metadata 
  • Assign Training – allocate the training program to users or groups 

These actions support continuous improvement and controlled rollout of training initiatives. 

Program Summary 

The Program Summary section displays high-level information about the training program: 

  • Status – indicates whether the program is Draft or Active 
  • Duration – expected time required to complete the training 
  • Format – delivery format such as online module or structured learning path 
  • Version – identifies the current version of the training program 

Versioning ensures traceability when program updates occur. 

Tabs 

Overview 

The Overview tab outlines the governance alignment and learning structure of the program: 

  • AI RMF Domains – identifies the relevant AI Risk Management Framework domains addressed in the training 
  • Target Roles – defines which organisational roles the training is designed for 
  • Prerequisites – outlines any required prior learning or knowledge 
  • Learning Objectives – defines the intended knowledge or competency outcomes 
  • Recurrence and Certification – indicates whether the training requires periodic renewal or certification 

This ensures the training program aligns with organisational governance and capability-building goals. 

Content 

The Content tab displays the learning materials included in the training program. 

Training content may include structured modules, documents, or guidance designed to improve understanding of responsible AI practices. 

This section defines what participants will review or complete as part of the training. 

Assignments 

The Assignments tab provides visibility into users or groups assigned to the training program. 

Displayed information includes: 

  • assigned role or user group 
  • due date for completion 
  • completion status 

This enables administrators to monitor participation and ensure training obligations are met. 

Linked AI Systems 

The Linked AI Systems tab shows AI systems associated with the training program. 

Displayed information includes: 

  • system name 
  • status 
  • risk level 
  • AI RMF domain classification 

Administrators can use Edit Links to update associations between training programs and AI systems. 

Linking training to AI systems provides governance context and supports traceability between risk, capability, and operational use of AI. 

Notes 

  • only Active training programs can be assigned to users 
  • version numbers update when program configuration changes 
  • assignments are managed through the Assignments tab 
  • AI system relationships can be updated through the Linked AI Systems tab 
  • linking training programs to AI systems supports governance transparency and accountability
