The Incident Management Dashboard in Clarity AI is used to record and manage incidents related to AI systems, data usage, or governance processes. It provides a structured register where incidents can be documented, reviewed, and tracked through their lifecycle. 

Purpose 

The Incident Management Dashboard ensures incidents are consistently recorded and maintained in a central location. It provides visibility into issues that require review, action, or resolution. 

Incidents can be identified through monitoring activities, internal reviews, or external reporting channels. 

What You Can Track 

Each incident record includes key details required for documentation and tracking: 

  • Title and description of the incident 
  • Status showing the current stage of the incident 
  • Severity indicating the level of impact 
  • Detected timestamp capturing when the incident was identified 
  • Actions providing access to detailed incident information 

Key Functions 

  • Report Incident allows users to create a new incident entry 
  • Search and filters help locate incidents based on defined criteria 
  • View Details opens the complete incident record including updates and related information
