Incident Management – View Details

The View Details section allows users to open an individual incident record and review all information related to the reported issue in one place. 

This page provides a complete overview of the incident, including description, classification, ownership, and current status, enabling users to understand the context and track progress. 

Purpose 

Viewing incident details helps stakeholders understand what occurred, how the incident has been classified, and who is responsible formanaging it. 

This ensures transparency and supports consistent tracking of incidents across the organisation. 

Information Displayed 

The incident detail view presents structured information captured at the time of reporting, including: 

  • Incident Title – name used to identify the incident 
  • Description – summary explaining the issue 
  • Incident Type – classification category 
  • Severity Level – impact level of the incident 
  • Status – current stage of the incident (for example Open or Closed) 
  • Detected Date – when the incident was identified 
  • Related AI System or Dataset – associated asset where applicable 
  • Owner or Assignee – person responsible for managing the incident 
  • Created Date – when the incident record was added 

How it Helps 

The View Details page allows users to: 

  • review the full context of an incident
